Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges
Prepaid orders ship free, at any order value.
Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹69 delivery charge, at any order value. It is added to your order total and is inclusive of GST.
How Cash on Delivery Works
When you choose Cash on Delivery, the ₹69 is paid online at checkout. The balance is paid in cash when your parcel is delivered.
On a ₹399 order you pay ₹69 online now and ₹399 on delivery — ₹468 in total. On a ₹1,299 order the same ₹69 applies: ₹69 online now, the balance on delivery.
The ₹69 appears at checkout as soon as you select Cash on Delivery, before any payment is taken.
The ₹69 is refunded if:
- You cancel your order before it is dispatched
- We cancel your order, for any reason
- We send you the wrong item or wrong size
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The courier loses or damages your parcel in transit
The ₹69 is not refunded if, after your order has been dispatched, the parcel is refused at the door or returned to us undelivered.
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹2,000. Above that value, please choose a prepaid payment method.
Order Value Discounts
These apply automatically at checkout. You do not need a code.
- Orders of ₹999 and above — 5% off the order value
- Orders of ₹1,299 and above — 10% off the order value
Only one order-value discount applies per order. At ₹1,299 and above you receive the 10%, not both.
Prepaid Discount
Choose to pay online — UPI, card, netbanking or wallet — and you receive a further 5% off, on top of any order-value discount above.
Cash on Delivery orders receive the order-value discount but not the prepaid discount.
Your exact total, including every discount, the ₹69 where it applies, and the amount payable now versus on delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Cash on Delivery orders may require phone or WhatsApp verification before dispatch. Where we cannot reach you, dispatch may be delayed.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pincode.
Metro and Tier-1 addresses are usually at the shorter end of that range; remote and rural pincodes at the longer end. These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees.
Delivery may take longer during festival periods, sale events, or where conditions outside our control apply — weather, natural events, strikes, regional restrictions or courier delays.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after you receive it.
Serviceability
We deliver across India wherever our courier partners operate. If your pincode is not serviceable, this will be indicated at checkout or our team will contact you.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address and phone number before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, or an unreachable phone number.
If you need to correct an address, contact us before dispatch at care.rockwell@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. We cannot change an address once the parcel has left our warehouse.
Failed Deliveries and Refused Orders
Our courier partners make multiple delivery attempts. If a parcel is refused at the door, or cannot be delivered after those attempts, it is returned to us.
For prepaid orders, we refund the order value once the parcel reaches us and passes inspection.
For Cash on Delivery orders refused at the door or returned undelivered, the ₹69 delivery charge is not refunded, and we reserve the right to require prepayment on any future order from the same customer or address.
Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible, or record an uncut unboxing video before opening it. See our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for how to raise a claim.
