By accessing rockwell.clothing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.
2. Products and Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including fabric composition, weight and measurements to the best of our ability.
Colour: Screens vary. The shade shown on your phone or monitor may differ slightly from the fabric in hand due to your screen /display settings. Variation of this kind is not treated as a defect.
Measurements: Size chart measurements are taken flat and may vary by up to half-inch to inch and a half between units due to the nature of ribbed cotton.
We reserve the right to correct any error in a product description, image, price or availability, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
Payment may be made by the methods offered at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available. Orders are processed only once payment is confirmed, or once a Cash on Delivery order has been verified.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where:
- The product is out of stock or incorrectly priced
- We are unable to verify the delivery address or contact details
- The delivery pincode is not serviceable
- We suspect fraudulent, abusive or resale activity, or a pattern of repeated refused deliveries
Where an order is declined after payment, the full amount — including any Cash on Delivery charge — is refunded to the original payment method or mode of our choice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, charges and serviceability are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering — vests, tank tops and innerwear are exchange-only for hygiene reasons, save where the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Rockwell name, logo, product photography, copy, graphics and page design — is owned by Mohit Packaging Industries or licensed to us, and is protected under Indian intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website to:
- Place fraudulent or speculative orders
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Copy, scrape, or republish content
- Transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the site
- Violate any applicable Indian law
We may suspend or refuse service to any customer who breaches these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, logistics, returns and communications. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment gateways or courier partners beyond our own obligations to you under Indian consumer law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
